Adds STT functionality with audio upload

Adds speech-to-text (STT) functionality by allowing users to upload audio clips, start transcription jobs, and download transcriptions.
Introduces new API endpoints for STT upload, start, and download.
Also, converts AudioClip to WAV byte array.
